A working sheep farm that opened its doors

Gústaf has farmed Miðjanes since 2003 and welcomed his first guests in 2011. The guesthouse is right on the farm, so the sheep are your neighbours, there is a waterfall behind the house and the living room windows look out over the fields to the shore.

Breiðafjörður is rich in birdlife, including eagles and owls.
